Round Steak Marinade½ teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon thyme, ½ teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon rosemary, 2 cloves garlic (minced), ½ cup chopped onion, ½ cup lemon juice, ¼ cup salad oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon celery salt, 2 ½ pounds round steakCombine all ingredients except steak. Marinate steak 4 to 5 hours, turning several times. Cook on grill over hot coals to doneness you like. Baste with marinade during broiling. Serves 4.
