Banana Pudding Recipe

Bananas (2 bunches, Instant Vanilla Pudding (1 lg. that calls for 3 cups of milk), Cool Whip (1 lg. container), Condensed Milk (1 can), Vanilla Wafers (2 boxes)

Pour milk into large bowl, and add pudding mix. Beat with mixer until it starts to thicken a little. Add condensed milk and Cool Whip. Beat until thoroughly mixed and a little thick. Set aside.

Pour 1 box of vanilla wafers into 9X13" deep dish, and cover with sliced bananas. You could add some more vanilla wafers if desired. Cover with pudding mixture. Stand up vanilla wafers around the outside of the pudding for decoration.

It is best to cover with saran wrap and put into the freezer for a couple of hours to make sure it’s really cold before serving. This recipe can easily be doubled for a crowd!
