Fried Pork Lion

2 eggs, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, soy sauce, milk, onion and garlic powder, Tony Chachere’s Seasonings, flour

Wash pork; cut into half-inch chops. Season both sides with Tony’s. Set aside. Beat eggs; add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, milk, and onion and garlic powder.Place pork in above mixture making sure each piece is well soaked. Cooking oil should be heated to 350* [I use a deep fryer}. Remove pork from liquid and place into flour [shake well to get each piece well coated]. Cook each batch for 6 minutes. Make sure oil is at 350* before adding next batch. Note: If you want French fries – cut up potatoes and place them in the same batter you used for your pork. Also shake them in the flour before frying. [Wonderful seasoned fries]
