Crawfish Cornbread

1 stick butter, 1 lb crawfish, 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can cream style corn, 1 small onion, 1/2 small bell pepper, 1 jalapeño, 3 packs of instant cornbread mix, shredded cheese

Sauté onions, bell pepper, jalapeño in butter. Add crawfish and whole kernel corn, cook until crawfish are done.( season crawfish to taste, salt pepper, Tony's etc..)

In a bowl mix cornbread as directed on packages, Add cream style corn to mixture. Poor half of mixture into rectangle pan.

Add a layer of mixture and cheese, then the remainder of cornbread mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour,.or until cake tester comes out clean.
