Crawfish and Corn Chowder

1 stick butter, 1 bunch green onions (chopped), 8 oz cream cheese, 1 lb crawfish tails (do not use leftover boiled crawfish), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans cream of potato soup, 2 cans niblet corn, 1 pint half and half cream, season to taste with Tony Chachere’s Seasonings

Sauté onions in butter, add cream cheese and continually stir until cheese is melted, Stir-in each of the following: crawfish tails, cream of mushroom soup, cream of potato soup, corn, cream. Season to taste with Tony’s. Simmer for 20 minutes then enjoy
