Beef Kabobs
Marinate:
1 cup red dry wine, ½ cup soy sauce, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon thyme, 1 tablespoon rosemary, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup finely chopped onions 1 tablespoon black pepper, 6 cloves garlic (finely chopped),
Cut sirloin in 1 inch cubes. Place in marinate overnight. Save marinate
Place on skewers in this order:
Small new potatoes (raw), small white onions (raw), Large button mushrooms, cubes sirloin, green pepper, quartered small whole tomatoes
Broil slowly and brush with sauce often. Brush with butter immediately before serving. Serve with tossed green salad and garlic bread.
