Barbequed Chuck Roast

3 ½ pound chuck blade roast (2 ½ inches thick), mustard, rock salt

Cover with prepared mustard (about 1 large jar) Also cover with rock salt on both sides. Cook over coals as you would a steak, approximately 25 minutes on each side.
